What Chat provides

Chat brings wallet messaging, community conversations and an optional connected Mail inbox into one app. Email access depends on mailbox eligibility and your chosen permissions. Community access depends on the room’s protocol, current membership and applicable role rules.

Current release

Chat remains a public preview while production acceptance is completed. New managed rooms require a configured gate service and approved bot authority. Automatic email-to-wallet and wallet-to-email delivery are not generally activated. A stable signed native release is not yet available; physical iPhone acceptance remains pending.

Safe use

Use your own account and authorized rooms. Do not share wallet recovery material, impersonate other members or send unsolicited abusive messages. Public bug reports must omit private content and credentials. Use support for ordinary issues and private reporting for vulnerabilities.

Recovery and availability

Keep your own recovery information safe and verify important deliveries. A successful sender publication is not proof that a recipient has read a message. A local reset cannot remove other participants’ copies. There is no published guaranteed response time or service-level commitment for this preview.
